Terms and conditions of sale
Domaine d’Euphony is entirely non-smoking.
Domaine d’Euphony does not accept pets.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are available from 4pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge an additional night.
Reception is open from 7am to 10pm. If you plan to arrive after 7+pm, please let us know by calling us on + 33 (0) 413 970 232 or when you make your reservation.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard and Visa as well as cash in euros.
RESERVATION
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number and expiry date. We reserve the right to charge a deposit according to the schedule below:
- The equivalent of 30% of your total stay (services booked), but at least 1 night.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
The total amount of the deposit mentioned in the paragraph “Reservation” will be retained as follows:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. No penalty will be applied if the cancellation is notified to us by e-mail at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. If we receive a cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, all services will be billed.
We reserve the right to take a deposit, and inform the customer in advance. If no deposit is taken, we ask for the credit card number as a guarantee. In the event of cancellation or no-show, we will automatically charge the credit card.
For certain special rates and packages (early booking, non-refundable, etc.) we charge 100% of the package price with no possibility of refund in the event of cancellation.
SHORT STAY
Beyond the cancellation period or after your arrival, if you need to shorten your stay, you will be charged at least one night or 50% of the remaining stay.
For all bookings made as part of a package (breakfast), any services not used will not be reimbursed.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Each reservation of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group reservation. Special conditions may apply and a quotation will be provided by the hotel. Upon confirmation, we will ask you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.
PASS SANITAIRE
In the event of a health crisis, the government may require hoteliers and restaurateurs to present a health pass during certain periods in order to gain access to their establishments. During these periods, customers must ensure that they have a valid health pass. In the event of presentation of an invalid pass, the cost of cancelling the stay will be charged to the customer, with the same penalties as in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.
RESTAURATION AND BREAKFAST TIMETABLE
Breakfast is served under the glass roof or in the dining room from 08:00 to 10:30 each day. A supplement of 5 euros per person is charged for breakfast served in the room.
For lunch, in season, we offer sandwiches and snacks in the pool house from 12:00 to 17:00.
In the evenings, we offer a selection of platters (charcuterie, cheese) from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open in season from 09:30 to 19:00.
Jumping or diving into the pool is not permitted. Unaccompanied children under 12 are not allowed in the pool.
For reasons of hygiene, we ask our customers to shower before and after swimming.
LOCAL TAXES
Our rates exclude local tourist tax.
TIPS
Gratuities for our staff are at the discretion of our customers.
TABAC
At the estate, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in public areas; there are large terraces and outdoor areas throughout the property. A €500 deodorization fee will be charged in the event of smoke odor in the room.
PARKING AND VEHICLES
Free parking is available on site. As the parking lot is not supervised, your vehicle remains your responsibility. We recommend that you leave nothing on board.
Three charging stations for electric and/or hybrid vehicles are available for a daily fee.
PETS
Pets are not allowed on the estate.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Please refer to our privacy policy to learn how the Domaine d’Euphony is committed to protecting your privacy. The Domaine d’Euphony will never give or sell your data.
ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE
When you book, our reception team can also advise you on local activities, events and entertainment, as well as transfers to and from airports and TGV stations.
ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE
We will be obliged to charge for any damage caused by the customer to the room or theft of any item belonging to the hotel, whether before or after departure.
FORGOTTEN OBJECTS
For any item left behind after your departure, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The estate has one room suitable for people with reduced mobility.
DISPUTES AND CLAIMS
Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Avignon (84).
